According to the statistics of Manzhouli customs, in 2010, the export of plastic products from Manzhouli customs district was 990.3 tons, an increase of 95.7% year-on-year (the same below); The export value was US $4.318 million, an increase of 2.5 times. This part of consumer demand showed rigidity. It mainly has the following characteristics:

first, the general trade mode is the main export mode. In January, 2010, Manzhouli Customs District exported 720.1 tons of plastic products in the form of general trade, an increase of 1.7 times, accounting for 72.7% of the total export volume; In the form of border small trade, the export volume of 27 tons was mainly composed of imported force sensors, drivers, microprocessors, computers and color inkjet printers, with an increase of 15.5%, accounting for 27.3% of the total export volume

II. Foreign funded enterprises are the main force of export, updating extruder products and the export volume has increased significantly. In January, 2010, foreign-funded enterprises exported 630.7 tons of plastic products in Manzhouli Customs District, an increase of 55.9 times, accounting for 63.7% of the total export volume; Private enterprises exported 341.1 tons, an increase of 8.6%, accounting for 34.4% of the total exports; The export of state-owned enterprises was 11.1 tons, down 93.8%, accounting for 1.1% of the total export volume; The export of collective enterprises was 7.4 tons, up 19.9 times, accounting for 0.8% of the total export

III. The export of enterprises in Jiangsu Province ranks first. In 2010, Jiangsu enterprises exported 357.6 tons of plastic products in Manzhouli Customs District, an increase of 34.6%, accounting for 36.1% of the total export volume; Enterprises in Zhejiang Province exported 288.4 tons, but there was no export in the same period last year, accounting for 29.1% of the total export volume; Enterprises in Heilongjiang Province exported 221.3 tons, down 34.7%, accounting for 22.3% of the total exports; The export of enterprises in Inner Mongolia was 80.2 tons, down 38.4%, accounting for 8.1% of the total export volume; Other plastic products are mainly exported by enterprises in Guangdong, Hubei, Anhui and other provinces

IV. Russia is the main exporter. In January, 2010, Manzhouli Customs District exported 942.7 tons of plastic products to Russia, an increase of 94.1%, accounting for 95.2% of the total cost of exports; The export to Mongolia was 47.6 tons, an increase of 1.3 times, accounting for 4.8% of the total export
